USHER
If snuggles and companionship are something thats missing in your life, then Usher is the boy for you! While this 3 month old Cavalier King Charles pup enjoys playing with his siblings and is friendly with other dogs, what he REALLY loves is being as close to his hoomans as humanly possible. Like… right there, in your lap/arms/back-pack. Usher has very few requests in his life, but those requests would most likely include: a Fur Pawrent who is a trust-fund baby with no job, no hobbies, and full-time domestic help so they will be available to hold him in their arms 24/7. He may accept a baby carrier for those times when you may need to use your arms for a minute. Don’t even think about trying to “Ferberize” him. One look that face, and those EYES and you’re a goner!
Usher is going to be the dog who wants to tag along with you no matter where you go and will definitely not be happy being left alone for long periods of time. Reserving a snuggle spot in your bed at night is a must for Usher, too. He’s gentle and so very affectionate and sweet. He has done exceptionally well with the older kids in his foster home, and enjoys getting snuggles from them, too! He is very food motivated, so he’ll do great with training. He’s still a young pup, and as such is still working on his potty training. With consistency and positive reinforcement, he’ll get there.
KNOWN HISTORY – Mill broker surrender. These pups have lived their entire lives being nothing more than a number or merchandise. Their whole worlds changed the day they came into our program! They finally got to be members of a real family, and we can’t wait to watch them grow up in loving homes where they are part of YOUR family, too!

Usher’s adoption fee is $850 and includes netuer, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers, and he will come home with a hobo bag of things to help him get started in his new furever home. Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog, (professional training will be required within 1 year of adoption) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying, (see minimum requirements above).
