💗 TINLEY 💗

This GORGEOUS 2(ish) year old German Shepherd girl is a JEWEL OF A DOG! Friends, this one is a “soul dog” in the making! She is ever so gentle, loving and of course she is CRAZY SMART! One week into our foster program and she’s already learned the basic commands for “sit,” “down,” and “leave it!” Tinley LOVES being pet and getting all the lovies and attention from her hoomans! Her favorite place to be is with her  peeps, so she’ll be happiest in a home where the humans can be home with her more often than not. Did you see that video of this girl rolling around in the snow? Yeah, that’s super fun! We think she’d do GREAT in a home with a nice fenced yard where she can roll around in the snow in the winter, and bathe in the summer sun!

Foster mom, Claire was holding her breath with Tinley around her two cats, but NOT TO WORRY! Tinley has been very well mannered with the kitties in the foster home, and didn’t mind sharing her space with the them at all.  Tinley is friendly with other dogs, but she doesn’t really want to share her stuff with them. From what we have seen, she acts like a typical GSD in that she wants to be the dog-boss, but is respectful of her place in the pack and knows that her hoomans are her leaders. This smarty pants is quick to respond to her people when commands are issued.  She keeps her space tidy and clean and is quiet as a mouse at night.  In her Oklahoma foster home, Tinley did well with the 5 dogs in the home ranging in size from a teacup poodle to an Anatolian Shepherd. At her Colorado foster home, she is still settling in and has been cordial with the medium sized Collie in neutral territory, but isn’t a fan of the Collie coming into her “safe space” quite yet. Tinley would make for a fabulous only dog as well! That just means more lovies for her!

We just know that Tinley will absolutely CAPTURE YOUR HEART with her love, affection, tender heart, and goodness gracious – her beauty (Photos don’t do her justice, my friends!) And with all that love in return, this sweet girl will be your devoted best friend for the rest of her life!

KNOWN HISTORY –Tinley came to us as a stray who was picked up in Oklahoma. She spent quite a bit of time at the shelter before we were able to bust her out of there. She was simply too darn sweet to let her succumb to the fate she faced there.

Won’t you please consider adding this precious, sweet, loving little girl to your family? If you are not quite ready to add a new member to your family, won’t you please #SHARE our adoptable kiddos on social media? You never know when your share is the share that will bring them home.

Tinley’s adoption fee is $350. Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers. She will come home with a hobo bag of things to help her get started in her new furever home. You can apply to welcome her into your family by completing an adoption application below.

Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog (now and in the future) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying.
