Hi Frenz! My name is Theo, and I am a booful black and tan 6lb. male Yo-chon. Dat means my parents were a Yorkshire Terrier and a Bichon Frise! I spent most of my life in a cage in a big stinky building with lots of other dogs. I was really happy to leave dat place, but I was really shy and unsure when I gots to my new place. I didn’t know what to expect when dat cage door opened. When I first came into my foster home, I would hide from my foster mama, but I learned really fast dat she’s a really nice lady, and hers loves me SO MUCH! She taught me dat I CAN trust hoomans and dat they just want to show me LOVE. Now, I can hardly wait for attention and lovies when I see my hoomans!

Mama Melissa says dat my personality is extremely affectionate. I think dats good! I get so wiggly and happy when my foster mama picks me up! I didn’t know why I was born for such a long time. But now I know dat I was born to give hugs! It takes me a little while to warm up to new frenz, but I am excited to play with my toys and meet new dogs. I love to wrestle with my litter mates, especially the tiny one, she thinks she’s going to win… silly sister! I thinks I would do really great with a family who won’t leave me alone all day, and I would really love to have a friendly, confident pooch in my home to help me feel comfortable and to be my friend.

If there was a rating system Theo would get a solid 10 out of 10 for his hugs! He holds onto your shoulder like the baby he is! Theo loves chasing balls and chewing rope toys. A good game of tug-of-war is always on the day’s agenda for Theo. Potty training is going well but Theo will need ongoing support in the home. Theo
has such incredibly BEAUTIFUL coloring with the softest fur you’ve ever run your fingers through!His face is just precious and his eyes just seem to peer into your soul, begging for you to show him the love he’s always wanted. Theo is truly a gem of a baby, and will be a great addition to a gentle, loving home!

KNOWN HISTORY – This precious kiddo was surrendered to rescue by a commercial kennel. These dogs were nothing more than a number in their previous lives, but their lives changed forever the day they were surrendered to PRAR! They’ve spent their time with us living in wonderful, loving foster homes learning what it’s like to be genuinely loved. ❤️

Theo’s adoption fee is $850 and includes neuter, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers, and 30 days of medical insurance. He will come home with a hobo bag of things to help him get started in his new furever home. You can apply to welcome him into your family by completing an adoption application below.

Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog, (professional training will be required within 1 year of adoption) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying, (see minimum requirements above).
