💗 SITKA 💗

Heads up, Northern Breed lovers! This 10 week old Alaskan Malamute girl is about to steal EVERY. SINGLE. PIECE. OF. YOUR. HEART! Sitka came to us a shy little thing, but within a couple days of being out of her cage-prison, she opened right up to her foster family. Everything is still new for Sitka… She’s only been free of her prison for about 2 weeks, but this girl has figured out what toys are and OH MAN ARE THEY THE BEST THINGS EVER! She has recently discovered squeaky toys and how to make them work. HEAVEN! She enjoys tug-o-war with a rope toy and likes to chase the ball, but we’re still working on bringing it back. She is an active girl who would LOVE to be included in her family’s adventures. Do you have another friendly dog at home? BONUS! Sitka loves to be around the other dogs whether they are playing in pool, or lounging in the grass on a sunny day! We’re quite sure she’s going to love the snow, too! Sitka is an intelligent girl, with a strong desire to learn new things and please her hoomans. She is highly treat motivated, which definitely helps with training! She has learned to use the doggy door and she thinks that is one of the coolest inventions ever! She happily takes herself outside to potty and play, and would spend hours outside if her hoomans would let her. Note, that Sitka is not and will not ever be an “OUTSIDE DOG.” Sitka deserves a loving family who will work to train her appropriately with positive reinforcement only, and who will welcome her with open arms into their home and hearts.  Sitka has the most amazing smile, and she shows it often! He velvety soft tongue can often be found OUTSIDE of her mouth – which we find completely enchanting!  Fill out an adoption application below to see if this gorgeous Teddy Bear girl would be the right fit for your family!

KNOWN HISTORY – Mill broker surrender. These pups have lived their entire lives being nothing more than a number or merchandise. Their whole worlds changed the day they came into our program! They finally got to be members of a real family, and we can’t wait to watch them grow up in loving homes where they are part of YOUR family, too!

Won’t you please consider adding this precious, sweet, loving little girl to your family? If you are not quite ready to add a new member to your family, won’t you please #SHARE our adoptable kiddos on social media? You never know when your share is the share that will bring them home.

Sitka’s adoption fee is $750. Her adoption fee includes spay, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers. She will come home with a hobo bag of things to help her get started in her new furever home. You can apply to welcome her into your family by completing an adoption application below.

Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog (now and in the future) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying.
