SHADOW

WOOF! My name is Shadow. My life was saved literally minutes before I was going to cross the Rainbow Bridge by the amazing folks at Pawsitive Restorations Animal Rescue!  I am currently shackin up with 2 foster brothers and a foster sister that I LOVE to play with. I’m a little younger than them at about a year old, so they can’t catch me sometimes . There are also these other furry things here that hiss and claw at me when I chase them so I think I’d like a home without those things. I love to cuddle and sleep with the hoomans here …. even the little one (I really like when he drops food ) I know how to sit and come when called. I’m doing pretty good at going outside to do my business. I have started to stay in a kennel when the hoomans are at work and school because…well …. I’M A PUPPY STILL and I find things to chew on . I’m about 21 inches tall and 45 pounds so that makes me the perfect running or hiking companion (hint hint.) I would love to see all the scenery here. Overall, I’m a really great catch! KNOWN HISTORY – He was the staff favorite. He was so sweet, so gentle, so WONDERFUL! So why was he scheduled to die that day? Because an overcrowded shelter needed his kennel. It broke us. This dog is absolutely perfect, we couldn’t let him die! So we brought Shadow home to CO to give him the second chance he so desperately deserves! ♥

Shadow’s adoption fee is $350 and includes neuter, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations, dewormers, and heartworm prevention started. He will come home with a hobo bag of things to help him get started in his new furever home. You can apply to welcome him into your family by completing an adoption application below.

Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog (now and in the future) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying.
