But don’t let all the excitement fool you – Rowan has a heart full of sweetness. His super sweet personality will melt your heart and make every day brighter. He loves cuddles, belly rubs, and showering his humans with affection.

Intelligence is another one of Rowan’s remarkable traits. Already at such a young age, he has mastered the art of sitting and is eager to learn more. Training sessions with Rowan are not only fun but also incredibly rewarding!

While Rowan is still working on potty training, he is making progress and is determined to nail this skill. With a little patience and guidance, he will quickly become a pro at keeping his living space clean.

It’s worth mentioning Rowan’s beautiful smile that can brighten even the gloomiest of days. His charming grin will put a smile on your face, guaranteed!

Rowan is searching for an active family who will bring him along on fabulous adventures. He would love a family who shares his love for outdoor adventures and can provide plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. KNOWN HISTORY – Mill broker surrender. These pups have lived their entire lives being nothing more than a number or merchandise. Their whole worlds changed the day they came into our program! They finally got to be members of a real family, and we can’t wait to watch them grow up in loving homes where they are part of YOUR family, too!

Rowan’s adoption fee is $750 and includes neuter, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations, dewormers, and he will each come home with a hobo bag of things to help him get started in his new furever home. Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog (now and in the future) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying.
