  • Safe, secure, fully-fenced, private yard with room to run. (not fully vaccinated yet, so no shared outdoor space)
  • No kids under 5

Phineas is about a 3 month old Cocker Spaniel, and this boy always knows what he’s going to do today: play, eat, and play some more. His two hind legs double as a pogo stick. He auditioned for Air Bud but didn’t realize it was a movie about sports. He thought it was a competition show for who could get the most hang time. Phineas is sometimes mistaken for Dumbo because of his big floppy ears. He tries his best to fly but has, so far, been unsuccessful. Phineas never says no to a second helping. He is the Augustus Gloop of dogs. He’s pretty sure that his favorite holiday is going to be Thanksgiving. Phineas is a wilderness man. He runs nonstop around the backyard pretending he is Indiana Jones training for a triathlon. With all his time outdoors, Phineas has mastered the art of warbling. He is persistent in his quest for attention. Phineas wants a furry friend who knows what they want and can set boundaries. A friend that will play with him all the time but isn’t afraid to put him in his place. A family that goes on adventures would be his dream come true. At the end of the day, his happiest place on earth is laying on his back next to his hoomans. What are you waiting for? Send this boy to Disneyland by adopting Phineas into your family!

Phineas’ adoption fee is $850 and includes neuter, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers. He will come home with a hobo bag of things to help him get started in his new furever home. You can apply to welcome him into your family by completing an adoption application below.

Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog, (professional training will be required within 1 year of adoption) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying, (see minimum requirements above).
