Hi Everyone! I’m Maxine! I am a black and white Female Malshi, (Maltese/Shih-tzu) currently weighing in at 3lbs. My foster mama calls me Bumble Bee, I guess because of the yellow bows and collars everyone is putting on me. I love it and all, but they are so silly. I absolutely love wrestling with my bigger foster mate, the Mini Schnauzer. He might be twice my size, but I have twice the endurance! You might notice that when you pick me up, I am giving you the side eye… but only until I get some smooches! I think being suspicious is a good quality. Until I know your true intentions… My foster mama’s crime TV might be rubbing off on me. My zoomies are top quality and will remind you of the Fast and the Furious!! I will fly by you, like a flash! I love my Kong toys, chew ropes, and most anything I can play with.

Maxine’s adoption fee is $850 and includes spay, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers, and 30 days of medical insurance. She will come home with a hobo bag of things to help her get started in her new furever home. Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog, (professional training will be required within 1 year of adoption) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying, (see minimum requirements above).
