💗 ADOPT MARIBELL!  💗

At a whopping 4.8 pounds and only four months old, Maribell is the Maltese/Yorkshire Terrier mix you never knew you needed in your life. This golden-haired, silky-soft furball is not just a pup; she’s a fashion model with those flowing golden locks that would make Rapunzel green with envy.

Maribell’s eyes are her secret weapon, capable of melting hearts and undoubtedly getting her whatever her precious little heart desires! Her little pink tongue, which occasionally decides to make a surprise appearance, adds an extra dose of adorable to an already overwhelming package.

Don’t let her size fool you – Maribell is a tough cookie. She’s been spotted dragging a bed across the floor like a canine Hercules and eagerly taking on her foster sister’s tail, who happens to be an 80-pound lab (talk about fearless!). Maribell believes in living life on the edge and isn’t afraid to jump into the fray with her siblings.

After a wild play session, this little powerhouse is ready for some serious snuggle time. Picture this: a tiny fluff ball nestled in your lap, ready to binge-watch movies or join you for a quiet reading session. Maribell assures you she doesn’t take up much space, but beware – she’s a master of stealth, and accidental steps on tiny paws are her sworn enemies! For this reason, only homes with respectful children over 8 will be considered.

When it comes to bedtime, Maribell is a pro sleeper. She’s got that part down, like a furry little sleep guru. Potty training is a work in progress, but hey, Rome wasn’t built in a day, right? She loves a good game with stuffed toys and balls, but her newfound love affair with doggy sweet potato treats might just be the highlight of her day.

So, if you’re in the market for a petite, playful, and positively precious companion, fill out that adoption application!

About This Breed Mix:

People love the Yorkshire terrier, and they love the Maltese, so it’s only natural they would want to combine the two for a mixed breed that has the fluff and sweetness of a Maltese and the verve and coloring of a Yorkie. Universe, meet the Morkie. Like their parent breeds, Morkies are small, energetic toy dogs who love their families. Because they can be vocal about unfamiliar people, they also make good alarm systems, alerting their owners to someone walking up to the door with a sharp bark. Caring for a Morkie is pretty straightforward: Consistent, positive reinforcement training, a moderate amount of regular exercise, and regular grooming. The Morkie coat, while typically long, is often kept in a short puppy cut. Morkies are low-shedding and considered to be a low-allergen dog. And while no dog is truly hypoallergenic, Morkies can be a good fit for those who tend to sniffle around puppies.
