Lester is a sweet, independent, and loving 3 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel / Poodle mix who knows how to enjoy life at his own pace. This little charmer may be a bit shy at first, but give him just a minute to warm up and he’s all about the snuggles and playtime.
This darling baby boy has got a face on him that could melt even the coldest heart. It’s literally impossible not to fall in love with those soulful eyes and adorable expressions.
Activity Level: Just Right! Lester’s got the Goldilocks of activity levels – not too wild, and not too sedate. He loves a good play session, especially with his foster dog buddies, and knows how to keep things in check. Lester’s got a penchant for settling in with a toy and giving it a thorough chewing. It’s his way of unwinding and enjoying some well-deserved playtime.
Cuddle Seeker and Attention Lover: Lester’s got a heart that craves connection. While he may initially be a tad shy in new situations or around new people, he quickly adapts and joins in on the snuggle fest. He’s not one to initiate, but when the others are getting attention, you can bet he wants in on the lovies!
Playful Explorer: Lester’s all about wrestling with his foster dog buddies and going on grand adventures of discovery. He’s got a knack for finding new things to investigate and loves a good chew-toy session.
Soulful Eyes Speak Volumes: In Lester’s eyes, you’ll see a mix of curiosity, a hint of caution, and unrivaled adoration. The world might be a little scary, but he’s eager to take it on with you by his side.

Training Notes: Lester only started potty training a few short weeks ago, and is still working on perfecting this skill. With time, patience, and lots of positive reinforcement, this little lover will master it in no time!
KNOWN HISTORY – This precious kiddo was surrendered to rescue by a commercial kennel. These dogs were nothing more than a number in their previous lives, but their lives changed forever the day they were surrendered to PRAR! They’ve spent their time with us living in wonderful, loving foster homes learning what it’s like to be genuinely loved. ❤️

Lester’s adoption fee is $850 and includes neuter, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers, and 30 days of medical insurance. He will come home with a hobo bag of things to help him get started in his new furever home. You can apply to welcome him into your family by completing an adoption application below.
Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog, (professional training will be required within 1 year of adoption) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying, (see minimum requirements above).

What’s a Cavapoo? She’s the popular, heart-melting designer crossbreed offspring of a Cavalier King Charles spaniel and a miniature or toy poodle. A friendly social butterfly, she’s gentle with people and other pets and loves to be where you are all the time! A Cavapoo is a terrific pup for first-time dog owners, families in search of an adorable playmate for children, or seniors who want an endearing companion. Another reason these dogs are often in high demand is the belief that their low-shedding poodle genes increase the likelihood that Cavapoos are hypoallergenic. While the Mayo Clinic stresses that no dog is allergen-free, some people might have less reaction to the proteins found in a Cavapoo’s dander, saliva, and urine.
