Larry is not just a pup; he’s a fluffy ambassador of joy who’s discovered the art of snuggling and turned it into a masterpiece. This tiny tot is all about those snuggles, and he’ll gladly let you carry him around like the royalty he is.
But Larry is more than just a cuddle connoisseur – he’s a kissing champion in the making! His kisses are so abundant and heartwarming that he’ll leave you wondering how on earth his tongue hasn’t fallen out yet!💋
This little guy might be small, but he’s got a heart as big as can be. Larry fearlessly instigates playtime with his foster brothers, holding his own in the big leagues. When the zoomies hit, get ready for a whirlwind of buttery-soft floof that’ll leave you in stitches!
Larry isn’t picky when it comes to friends – big or small, living or inanimate, he’ll approach anyone and anything with joyful enthusiasm, ready for playtime adventures. This pup is the definition of fearless, and he’s just really hoping that his forever home will have another friendly pooch for him to pal around with.

Food? Larry loves it, and the sound of a treat bag opening will have him sprinting towards you with sheer delight. Ya gotta meet him to believe him! He will absolutely steal your heart!
KNOWN HISTORY – This precious kiddo was surrendered to rescue by a commercial kennel. These dogs were nothing more than a number in their previous lives, but their lives changed forever the day they were surrendered to PRAR! They’ve spent their time with us living in wonderful, loving foster homes learning what it’s like to be genuinely loved. ❤️

Larry’s adoption fee is $850 and includes neuter, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers, and 30 days of medical insurance. He will come home with a hobo bag of things to help him get started in his new furever home. Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog, (professional training will be required within 1 year of adoption) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying, (see minimum requirements above).

That face! Those big dark eyes looking up at you with that sweet expression! It’s no surprise that Shih Tzu owners have been so delighted with this little ‘Lion Dog’ for a thousand years. Where Shih Tzu go, giggles and mischief follow. Shih-Tzus, weighing between 9 to 16 pounds, and standing between 8 and 11 inches, are surprisingly solid for dogs their size. The coat, which comes in many colors, is worth the time you will put into it’ few dogs are as beautiful as a well-groomed Shih Tzu. Being cute is a way of life for this lively charmer. The Shih Tzu is known to be especially affectionate with children. Some dogs love to dig holes and chase cats, but a Shih Tzu’s idea of fun is sitting in your lap acting adorable as you try to watch TV.
