Once upon a time, in a world where fluffy dreams come true, a little 3 month old Shih-Tzu puppy named Gavin emerged from the shadows of a puppy mill and into the warm embrace of his rescuer’s loving arms. Now, he’s ready to embark on the most magical journey of all – finding his forever home!

Gavin, with his enchanting hazel eyes, has mastered the art of love-staring. Every gaze into those pools of affection is like a symphony for the heart – you fall in love with him over and over again, each and every day. Rescued and wrapped in the softness of newfound joy, Gavin is thriving in a world filled with toys, friends, comfy beds, and the warmest mama arms to snuggle into.

This fluffy ball of joy is a perfect 10/10 in our eyes! Playful, intelligent, affectionate, gentle, goofy – Gavin is the epitome of canine charm. His days are a delightful balance of puppy energy and snuggle time, where he frolics around with his doggy friends and plays with  toys. Though he enjoys ALL. THE. TOYS,  Gavin has a special fondness for big stuffed animals – a detail that adds to his irresistible charm.

And oh, the snuggles! Gavin is a certified cuddle expert who would let you cuddle with him all day if you so desired. His silky-soft hair invites tender strokes, and he melts right into your arms, a trusting and loving companion. Did we mention his exceptional talent for winning kissing contests? Gavin is a kissy face, a true teddy-bear who fills his home with love.

But that’s not all – Gavin is a smart little fellow too! He’s a diligent student in the school of potty training, excelling with flying colors on his potty pads. Transitioning to outdoor potty time will be a breeze with this quick learner, especially when accompanied by lots of snuggly rewards.

Gavin’s heart is as expansive as his love, and he thrives on companionship. He’s destined for a home where he won’t be left alone for long hours, surrounded by other friendly pooches to pal around with, and hoomans with the time and love to spare. In return, he promises a lifetime of adoration, snuggles, and the sweetest kisses imaginable.

KNOWN HISTORY – This precious kiddo was surrendered to rescue by a commercial kennel. These dogs were nothing more than a number in their previous lives, but their lives changed forever the day they were surrendered to PRAR! They’ve spent their time with us living in wonderful, loving foster homes learning what it’s like to be genuinely loved. ❤️

Gavin’s adoption fee is $850 and includes neuter, microchip with free lifetime registration, age appropriate vaccinations and dewormers, and 30 days of medical insurance. He will come home with a hobo bag of things to help him get started in his new furever home. You can apply to welcome him into your family by completing an adoption application below.

Please understand that adopting from P.R.A.R. means FOREVER, even if you move or have children. Please do NOT apply if you do not have the time to properly train and exercise a dog (now and in the future) or if you do not meet the minimum adoption requirements for the dog in which you are applying.
