BUCKY
Looking for the “Total Package?” STOP. RIGHT. HERE! This 3.5 month old Old English Sheepdog/Poodle mix ticks off ALLLLLL the boxes! Crate trained, rides well in the car, plays fetch (like a boss) loves toys, quintessential lap dog, playful, affectionate, eager to please, intelligent, mild tempered, gentle, goofy and LOVES to play with his hoomans and doggy friends! Can he one-up himself? SURE HE CAN! Bucky also LOVES to take baths, be held, and word on the street is that he just might be THE best kisser in Parker! 😘 But wait.. there’s more! Even though he’s still a baby, Bucky sleeps through the night peacefully in his crate! For a dog who only saw the outdoors for the first time a couple of weeks ago, he is really doing a great job with his potty training. He will go to the door to signal that he needs to go out. If his hoomans don’t catch it, he will seek out a potty pad to do his business. Bucky has personality for DAAAAYS, folks! Everything he is and everything he does is full of character! For instance… At night, Bucky is like a little kid who KNOWS they’re tired but refuses to go to their room and go to sleep until he’s told to do so. And once his head hits the blanket, he is out like a light! Bucky loves to play fetch and he caught on to the game really quickly. He will play and play and play, even when you know he is tired. He also enjoys a great game of tug-o-war with his 4-legged friends, and he is always so gentle when he plays. Bucky is S.M.A.R.T. and may just have some of the best coordination and motor skills we’ve seen in a pup this young. While Bucky loves to play, he also loves to be LOVED. He didn’t have much of that where he came from. He will look at you with those great big Disney puppy eyes and your heart will flat out MELT. He will sit right in your lap and give you every kiss he has to offer.
We think this darling boy would be a perfect fit for an active family with another friendly pooch to pal around with, and with older kids who will play fetch with him EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! If that’s you – please fill out an adoption application today!
KNOWN HISTORY – BROKER SURRENDER. This kiddo was very likely bred at a puppy mill, where they were nothing more than a number. Their lives changed the day they were surrendered to PRAR! They’ve lived in loving foster homes with wonderful families to show them what the GOOD LIFE looks like!
